This module is all about period products, rituals and ceremonies, and learning how to create your very own sacred bleed box. We’ll find the magic within combining age-old spiritual aspects with science.
Next up is movement. We’ll explore movements that bring us joy and how to exercise throughout your cycle, ways to scale movements to suit your inner season, and build confidence in setting and reaching PB’s!
We'll take a closer look at stress– especially the unique stressors faced by high-achieving women– and explore practical techniques to build resilience, sustain your energy and balance your cycle despite a busy lifestyle.
As we come to the end of the course we’ll learn how to live cyclically with ease, and how to effortlessly implement these learnings into your everyday life.
To wrap up our time together, we’ll celebrate with a closing party. You’ll leave with a multitude of new tools and techniques to help you live a FEM Balanced life, as well as a new community of friends.
