A coach is someone who facilitates change, who fosters possibilities and helps their clients to transform via a client-centred approach. A menstrual cycle coach does all of the above while also educating their clients about the 4 different stages of their menstrual cycle, and how to live in sync with their hormones and optimise their health and happiness.

Certainly, I can support women with these and many other health conditions– however as I am not a medically trained professional, I can not diagnose or claim to treat any medical condition, and it would always be recommended that you speak to your doctor before working with me if you do have a medical condition.
